well.. all I can say to some of the their comments is.. nothing much actually..

as some guys would say "yah I know girls are like that.. but it's already so hard to find a girl to love.. why fight more obstacles?"

for me.. if the girl is attractive enough.. I might be able to take some of the double standards.. but I seriously doubt it'll last long.. primarily because I have 2 sisters and although they have been a pain in my arse when I was younger.. but it's also because they have stronger characters.. but despite that.. they don't expect damsel treatment or a reassuring intellectual movie with the husband to make them feel happy.. they do contribute a significant portion to the family income too.. well of course I don't mean they don't like to be pampered.. but sometimes girls really think they drop from princess baskets and expect to have their 2 cakes and eat them too..

come on.. what's wrong with slap stick humour? why take yourself so seriously? be serious when you're doing your work.. for what be serious when you're having entertainment?.. "oh sorry.. I'm too sophisticated to laugh at kid movies.. would you like to have high tea over a nice chat on politics?"

maybe I'm too harsh lah.. hahaha.. well.. if they like it that way.. I can't say much.. I'm a guy and I don't have girls lining up for me.. whereas for girls.. they have guys chasing them no matter where they go.. so I guess there's no real reason to really change since it ain't broke.. if you know what I mean.. lucky for you if you're a pretty girl..

perhaps thats why I like being "stupid".. if a gal falls for me.. she wouldn't expect me to be lining up a long list of "blow my mind away with your smartness" activities.. well anyway if a person is smart, it'll show no matter where the situation is.. I like smart girls too..

then soon after.. you'll see me going gaga over a pretty pretentious chick.. all the tough talk down the drain.. teh teh teh..
