oh fug.. grilled chicken contains carcinogens.. which are cancer causing compounds.. =( they say these include fried chicken from fast food restaurants too.. kfc.. macdonalds.. popeye..

some article also stated that china used to have the lowest cancer rates in the world.. that changed at about the time macdonalds went in..

I do not know how transfat harms us too but it is like evil.. and fast food contains alot of this evil thing..

I'm going to have to start loving yong tau hu.. delicious.. slurp.. yum..

until I turn around and lo and behold.. mai dang lao.. chicken mccrispy.. fries.. milo..

this is a sign.. Nic.. you should start a healthy fast food restaurant next time.. one with tasty and cheap meals with kids toys for the children..

know the problem sometimes when trying to teach pple to eat healthy..

health-freak : "hey it's good to see you eating more vege.. but did ya know that the salad dressing on it is high in fat too? oh and that gravy you putting on? no no no! it's very bad!

not-so-health-freak : "wah! you inspire me man!"

health-freak : "thats why I always eat my meals CLEAN AND CLEAR"

not-so-health-freak bites into clean and clear vege sandwich with bland meat..

not-so-health-freak is thinking, "FUG.. this tastes like shit.. every meal like that? fug fug fug fug fug fug fug fug fug.. what's the point? I put topping and what not dressing also become unhealthy.. fugging shit man.. I'll just go back to eating normal unhealthy food."

I think this argument applies to all good vs evil..

good guys will fare better in pulling evil guys to their side if they chill abit more and take a little dip into the fun-o-pool.. it's like how asians will look like asians and caucasians will look like caucasians.. but eurasians.. now that's different.. they get double the fun..
