I think that life on earth formed just like how a man and woman makes babies..

the man ejaculates sperm to penetrate the egg.. without the sperm, the egg is just a broil of mass.. without the egg, the sperm is just a aimless capsule..

so earth is like the egg.. meteorites which carry the organic sperm crash into earth and voila.. life is formed..
