XCR Suntour front shocks with 100mm travel and lockout feature.. It's fantastic man.. every bump is cushioned.. makes me wanna purposely go on uneven ground.. compared with my old bike which had 1inch travel.. oh boy.. this is the real deal.. =)

Shimano deore rear derailleur.. though the shifters are just alivios.. look at the dirt on it already.. MTBs are meant to be dirty! gonna thrash it some more..
